Orders placed over the weekend

Over the weekend we run very limited staff, all orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Due to our chosen delivery partner most deliveries take between 2-4 days to arrive in mainland UK. Any orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Our delivery partner is Evri, which allows all orders up to 30kg. We aim to keep a certain standard of our products. So our promise to you is that we will work very closely with our delivery partner to make sure our products arrive at your door in the same quality that it left us in.

Order dispatch

If you have ordered before 12pm Monday to Friday we will be shipping your order the same day. Any orders that have been placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.

Due to the products that we sell, they are perishable, we do not accept returns. If your order is damaged or open upon delivery please make sure that you use our contact form and write to us immediately. If your order is damaged upon delivery and you can prove that it was damaged upon delivery we will be more than happy to issue you with a full or partial refund.
